Academic honesty is a set of values and skills that promote personal integrity and good practice in teaching, learning and assessment. It is influenced and shaped by a variety of factors including peer pressure, parental expectations, culture, role modeling and taught skills. All students must understand the basic meaning and significance of concepts that relate to academic honesty.

The following malpractice may form a part of academic dishonesty:

  • The school is open for admission both for boys and girls. The school year begins in the month of April and ends in the month of March.
  • Registration for lower K.G is done in the month of January/February. The minimum age of admission to lower K.G is 3.5 years. At the time of admission child’s recent photo of passport size must be affixed to the registration form. New admission to other classes will be done in the month of March, subject to the vacancies in each class. The school sets a maximum age for each standard.
  • Undesirable use of collaborative work (when it is supposed to be individual work).
  • Giving wrong feedback to teachers (regarding not submitting assessments on time, not completing work etc.)
  • Unasked for help from outside ( taking the help of parents, guides etc. For doing work which is required to be done by the child)
Academic dishonesty during academic research, assessments and homework is an undesired and unacceptable practice in the school.
